Daily Living & Personal Support

Our daily living and personal support services are designed to help participants complete everyday activities safely, confidently and with as much independence as possible. We understand that every participant has different routines, preferences and support requirements. Our team takes the time to learn how each person prefers to be supported and provides assistance in a respectful way that protects privacy, dignity, choice and control.

This may include learning how to:

  • Prepare simple and nutritious meals

  • Plan weekly routines
